CMI is proud to present a FREE public talk by Eva Schindler, Resource Manager for the province of BC. Eva will be giving an overview of hydroelectric impacts to aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems in the Columbia Region and restoration/compensation strategies that can be used to mitigate these impacts.

Everyone is welcome to come hear Eva’s presentation, May 8 at 5:30 pm at the Prestige Lakeside Resort and Convention Centre in Nelson, BC. Doors will open at 5:00 pm.

This talk is presented as part of the CMI’s conference: Regulated Rivers II: Science, Restoration, and Management of Altered Riverine Environments.
