In an effort to do our part to protect the health and well being of our members we’ve decided to host our AGM remotely and changed the date to April 15, 2020. This will be a relatively quick and procedural meeting, all CMI members are welcome to attend.

In this meeting we will cover the following:

• Review of annual report
• Treasurer’s report
• Director nominations
• Event summary

Anyone wishing to nominate a director for a two year term is encouraged to review these guidelines and connect with Hailey via email at office@cmiae.org. A notice of director nomination opportunities was included in past newsletters.
