If you hold an existing CMI Group Membership, you can update your members list at any time by submitting a revised version. You can download a blank 2026 template here and submit it using the form below.

Please ensure the number of members included does not exceed the limit for your membership tier. For details on group sizes, see our Membership page or contact us for assistance at office@cmiae.org.
