CMI AGM for 2021
CMI is changing up our AGM traditions with respect to timing. Rather than hold this procedural event in the spring along side the Annual Researchers’ Forum, as has been our tradition for years, we’re moving this planning event to take place early in the calendar year. But don’t worry, the Researchers’ Forums will go on, and we know that this is where our members get the most value out of their time!
The CMI AGM for 2021 will take place Feb 16, 2022 over Zoom at 2pm Pacific. All members are welcomed to attend this procedural event. If you have interest, please email Hailey at email@example.com for details. In this meeting we will cover the following:
- Review of annual report
- Treasurer’s report & 2022 budget
- Director nominations
- Policy updates: Registration and cancellation policies.
Anyone wishing to nominate a director for a two year term is encouraged to review these guidelines and connect with Hailey via email at firstname.lastname@example.org by Feb 1, 2022. A notice of director nomination opportunities was included in past newsletters along with the notice of AGM.
