  • If registering multiple people, include name and contact details for additional registrants. Include food allergies if applicable for all registrants, special invoicing requests, etc.
  • I agree to have my name and contact information included on a participants’ list that will be available only at the event. The Columbia Mountains Institute does *not* share or sell participant list data. Please read our Privacy Policy.
  • We may take photos during this event. I consent to any photos of me being used in CMI communications about this event for CMI newsletters, the CMI website, CMI social media, or other CMI communication materials.
  • Course recordings will be made available to registered students only. Students will have 2 weeks to review the recordings from the date of delivery before they are permanently deleted. If you do not wish to appear in the recording we recommend turning off your camera in Zoom.
